...doing assistance in working period is excellent. but career growth is very slow. As a senior associate not satisfied for this salary. Otherwise there is no issue for working with ADSL(sundaram finance/Sundaram direct).

Work like bonded labour, late evening, weekends. No benifits, not even tea after multiple deduction in salary. If you ask HR she will ask you to forget it. Favouritism, politics, zero ethics, dumb cunning managers. Altogether circus.
