After being a part of Apar Innosys for a couple of weeks, here's some of my thoughts! Yes, a couple of weeks yet the knowledge I gained is more than what I expected. Supportive Seniors and Super caring leads, the way they teach and train is just wow. My sensors took time to correct each tiny mistakes of mine, they really gave many insights. I'm happy to be a part of Apar Innosys and eagerly waiting to learn many more. It's is perfect place for freshers to enhance their career.

The team was very cooperative and chill. The work environment is polite.

Dislikes

Suddenly work props up and you have to work late, sacrifice weekends to complete it. It is very difficult to plan ahead in advance.

Job security is based on what you understand in your roll then will be followed the process or not. Work culture is very easily mingle with everyone in team, pleasure environment. Management is coordinating to everyone, understand the staff expectations to full fill our needs and wants in process wies and basic needs also.
