...d and will change time to time. Salary will come on time every month first date. Salary hike is good. Appresial is also good. No bond system. Team mates are good.

There is lot of politics and management does not address the issue....12 hours duty for first year... some labor contractor is not good...their mentality to treat labour and staff is same...too many politics.

They have reduced menpower and staff,so many have lost their jobs,even people's who are working with dedications, working since long time in this company,have lost their job.,

As an GET I was working in power cable production, salary was good,you will be hire as an engineer ,but will not work as an engineer,after working in this company you will forget your engineering, because production engineer here run behind Cable drums,what's technical in it??then why Apar is hiring engineers?so I left Apar. So if you get job offer as a production engineer, then please don't accept it if you want to work in technical field. There is lot of politics,managers play game with their engineers,to save their own jobs!!

Job security at apar , work culture good but need to change some departments , company policies is healthy.

There is a lots of politics and management doesn't address our issue salary decent but career growth is slow.

Employee Engangment, Having big Infrastucture and capabilities, very good protfolio on cables, conductors and oil.

Lack of system, very low salary and benifits compair to industry, Not belive in automations systems only follow convensional methods. No emplolyee flexibility. No rewards and recognisations, No global explosure.

...ings, no work pressure, job security. Management cool with minimum interference. Diwali bonus paid. Internationally well known brand.

Dislikes

Dirty politics by some senior management people due to insecurity taking benefit of position. Includes racism with recruiting incompetent staff from their community. No recognition of hard working people.
