Working as a Marketing Head has been truly fulfilling experience. The salary package is competitive and performace based incentives are greate motivator. The management is genuinely value employee imput and the open door policy foster transparency. In this company no rule regulation related to employee benifit. Only they want to do work 12 hours. They are trying to finish your personal life.
