Teammates are supportive. Appraisals are not transparent and fair. Work environment is not good.

There was a lot of issues and the management doesn't address the same in proper manner. No proper Vision & Mission of the company.

I had worked with APAC for one year. I learnt alot of things in this organization. I can say this is a really good company, trusted staff. Job security for sure. Management is also very helpful & supportive. It's a nice place to work.

Actually I recently joined Apac Finance on 24th feb 2020 and i worked there only for 1 month. After the 1 month lockdown has been started and we all were working from home due to covid-19 pandamic lockdown but suddenly my company has been started to layoff to employee by LIFO method and they had targeting new employees. As we all know that we r facing this tough time becoz of covid but suddenly i received the cll from hr she said sorry to inform you that you have to resign becoz business is not happening and discussion has been done with management i said ok will discussed with my boss then i contact to my boss hr asking to me resign becoz business not happening my boss said yes discussion has been done with corporate level so you have to resigned even i told them plz do not ask me to.resign atleast in this worst situation becoz hiring has been freezed everywhere so job getting is difficult in ybis situation but they said this is not in my hand . So my overall experince is bad.

I joined Apac NBFC on 24th feb 2020 and as we all know that everyone was facing this tough situation but hr ask me to resigned in this worst situation i really didnt liked this.
