Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. How do you rate this salary jump?

1.On 18/09/2023 I had sent a letter that is rejoining letter to this SSAAT-RD TELANGANA my name is B.ANJANEYULU BRPKRM1701 Iam 14/02/2017 to 21/05/2022 I had done work in this company unexpectedly my wife heath were in critical condition so I resigned my job . But on 18//09/2023 I had sent you that rejoining letter but you didn't considered,I want my job and please reply to me.
