Ap online is a one type of service providind ing sector to the public like aadhaar,pancard, money transfer and online services provided by our office, direct interaction to the public for their problems and solve their problems at that time and daily cash deposites in the bank , and transfering the money to the retailer agents and collecting cash management , comming to the work culture is to solve the problems of customers through online process comming to the company policies there are no policies in that organization the salary is paid directly by hand the team members in that organization is very friendly and the staff is very less less than 5members Banking:- there is a backend operations under Axis bank from Team lease services Handling personal loan operations and mails to the agencies Done the movings and error corrections of id proofs in the software called finnone Operations like pd,dlp,and fi agencies Daily take dump from the omni and mails to the address to the agencies There is friendly nature enveronment to the collegues Daily meeting attending and solve the work problem through my seniors Tally operator:- worked as a operator iam really very happy but the total office management is handled by me iam the only one the receptionist cum operator cum sales man in the firm as a supervision of the staff as well as the outsiders means customers because its a small firm when comparing to the other organizations Received billing entries of the crane spare parts and some times directly approach to the customers and take the orders and cash collection from customers Iam answerble to staff along with customers

Dislikes

1. Ap online: there is the work is plenty and the salary paid less this is the main draw back but there is no timing puntuality. 2.Bank: there is time maintaince and mainly it is near to me but there is no growth in the organization in the salaries hike and it is not suitable to my stream Iam interested in accounts and finance field so i left that organization Tally operator: iam interested to to do this but there is not having complete accounts work instead of accounting other works are more so iam eagerly waiting for accountant position in a good reputed firm And it is a very small firm so iam searching good job as iam settled in my career ina better position
