Good work. But mangement didnt utilise for designation work.

No salary lot of deductions in the commissio basis. we have to spent our money and wait a long months together to get back of used our own money. at last i leave 4 months salary and come out.

Good to teach subjects to students. We can share information more than textbooks and give guidance to growup. But no increments and identification and job security here.
