Some people's are very good. They are much more helpful. You use your talent and take initiative for rectify the under breakdown equipments. Also Purchase department and Technical Head they are too much supportive.

Dislikes

The work culture, the time management, mainly politics in small level between engineers like freshers are involved in office politics. If you not likely to your favourite one then you will be always on hot seat.

I regret having spent three years with these Individuals, who provided no motivation or respect but rather humiliation at every turn. Although I had a feeling that joining the organization was not a good decision but I took risk and it turned out to be the worst experience of my life due to the danger it posed to my mental health.
