Blame culture, negative culture, poor leaderships, Non professional people see in leadership. No proper HSE standards followed. That is one of the worst management have in my professional career. They don't know about HSE requirements. There is no leadership. There is no role and responsibilities assigned. They don't have international standards to be followed. Those who want to join AOTC specifically in HSE better work as a cleaner in different companies because HSE leaders are worst their Name as follows Tabrez and Arman these guys are nothing to do in regard of Health and Safety management systems. In this company there is bullying, blame culture and most of above they will have Chamcha who will do nothing but only negative minded. These people don't have sense about heakth and safety. I don't know how company tolerating these guys and because of such types person and culture exist may lead in this company going to deteriorate. Overall that is the worst management and leadership can be seen while working in this company.
