Salary. Salary is way below the market standards. Especially my team the appraisal or the promotion is not even matching aon's own standards. So it depends on your manager completely.

Its a good organization in terms of pay and job security

Its a good organization though the upper management could be better in terms of providing opportunity to employee and also not oppressing their views and ideas.

Work life balance. Transport provided on pre defined routes.

...e very end and there were guys who were asked to leave within months of joining. They provided compensation based on number of years spent in the company and clearly folks who spent less time in company did not get enough compensation.

My overall experience at the company was satisfactory. You will get chance to work on almost recent (but not the latest) technologies and also depends on project-wise. The most important thing i like that there is very less politics and great team culture and happening environment at the office premises. But you can maintain good work-life balance during your tenure. Good learning opportunities though in-house training programs.

Dislikes

No doubts, compensation is good, but growth is slow and leadership decisions are not fruitful for employees sometimes. On-site opportunities are almost zero.

-Teammates , are very helpful and supportive., which leads a good work-life balance these things vary person to person in different workplace . - provide wide range of training

- careeer growth, salary and appraisal things are very bad . - sometimes, politics, biasing and partiality comes in middle which disturbs the work-life balance.
