Nothing out of the ordinary.

Dislikes

...o doesn't have a life, works round the clock, neglects health and personal life. On top of that, compensation isn't all that competitive either. Managers take out their personal grudges on you during appraisals, and notice period- which is frustrating. Wouldn't recommend joining, unless there are serious changes made in the company.

I had really very good experience of working with aon. Salary growth was excellent. Work culture was flexible and well disciplined along with very less or no work pressure..

Dislikes

Some teammates and managers were not very fair to me in terms of work.. And night shift was an minor issue for me

Gives you good foothold in comp & ben domain.

... management gets often grinded in between senior management and the gen Z crowd. Secondly, they should work on their salary structure. Would be great if they start offering competitive salary. Aon often faces high attrition because of low salary amongst it's peer companies

1. Limited hybrid mode working 2. Experience will vary massively based on who is your manager 3.In Finance few people ( revenue , finance control, p2p) have stayed back for more than 3 years whilst FPnA team has quick attrition.

Dislikes

...e , checks who and how much time you interact with other people on the floor 7.No gratitude for extra efforts put in work ( neither in words nor in compensation).

...you're Sick if you have deadline. Lack of flexibility. Slow growth trajectory. No performance bonus or variable pay Your manager may ping you at odd times without any major thing
