It's a company acquired of almost 50 people and though there are three four different departments including content writers, web development team, SEO employees group etc. they all are together one team and love the teamwork that goes on in every project. Friendly working environment with not much pressure of work going on. Team leads are great and young and that's why employees get to have same trendy mentalities while having an idea of a particular work. Women can get easily benefitted by working in this company if find suitable. As even when work pressure is huge they don't make any female employee stay and and complete the work within deadline since a woman's safety is more concerned which is a big issue in cities of India.

Dislikes

The pay could be higher though since this company was my first ever experience to work in, as a fresher, I think they offered the pay as per Kolkata market. They don't offer any PF for freshers.
