If you are into Sales Team than you'll always feel how bad is your decision & why you have joined this org 'coz all of the other departments here love there jobs except Sales. Being a growing & new organization in India, they put tremendous pressure on sales force. No fix working hours, No fix holidays for Saturday Sunday. Even sometimes you'll feel like a dog has better life than you. Employees join and left the org within 6 months or a year max. (Except those of RM's & ZM). Zero Work life Balance.

Only Salary is on higher side, though they will make you work of 10 employees.

Dislikes

Management is not good. Everyone will blame you if anything goes wrong. No appreciation is given by anyone. Foul words and personal humiliation happens every time. Work ethics is also compromised every time.

Company understands market trend but they do. Not support Salary is ok ok Incentive is not ok

Everything Poor management team Very Poor marketing team Very poor brand team… Obviously leadership team very very poor Forget your family kids if u want to work here. Jus number number They treat this company as a secondary oriented company but eod they will give pressure on primary billing. And leadership team will never involve in billings… they will use us thats it.

Good working environment.they not give good salary hike and bonus every year. This training is not give the more opportunities of other companies.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues.

- Depending on the process you are inducted in the team lead will play an important role . I was put into service operations and the pressure was hectic

Dislikes

- The working hours are horrible. You are always getting calls from your team and customers.
