1) 9 hours of working which is a lot. due to long working hours, job in this company causes inconvenience to employees living far from office. especially those employees who are living in other local railways lines. 2) no work from home options.

Nothing.!! really poor management and their policies.

Dislikes

Work Culture, Management, Policies, Behavior of management staff, 90-day of salary hold at the time of resignation. You have to put you resignation when company wants not as per your need. You cannot expect the long-term service as they run the Internship-based model. If you ask for appraisal as per market standard, then you have to resign or you have to handle multiple projects parallelly.

Anzen technologies is an excellent place to work and kick start your career in cybersecurity. They have a vast range of ongoing projects and a variety of internship programs for the young and ambitious. I started out as an intern in 2021 and learned exponentially since then as they have great training programs which helps in upscaling the required skills in cyber security. The managers and mentors are very supportive as they foster a fantastic work environment.

Dislikes

Their working hours can be extended depending on the project deadlines which might not always be amusing, but for most of the part it is as the projects are quite intriguing and fun, atleast for a cybersecurity enthusiast.
