Work culture seems ok. Not sure about job security as I am new myself. It gets hectic though. They’re starting to call people to office. The company has employees majorly local and hence you can get a job if you have good connections.

Dislikes

The salary is disappointing, HR focus only on cost cutting The office is small in the sense the desks are close to each other so please don’t expect privacy. There are graveyard shifts and it’s sad to say that the shift pay is meagre.

...ssessment. They expect you to work on weekends also, and do OT almost everyday. Compensation is very bad, less salary and less hike.

Good in women security. Work from home facility is there.

There is no good hike and bonus. Too much politics, they simply publish open role in portal when candidate for that role is already in their mind and wasting others time, also providing feedback to candidates for not clearing the interview for the sake of doing it, which affects confidence of candidates.

Lot of favouritism in the teams. Regional politics and support to the non deserving candidates. I saw people leading the team of software engineers where the lead themselve doesn’t have any idea of programming and software’s

Timings was good for few months later they shifted to morning 4AM salary was good when I shifted to ANZ but was for few months so pretty ok for beginning days in ANZ Transportation is good

Bad timings not giving information about work Bad work culture not so good team Job security is worst so hike and everything else goes for a toss carrier suicide HR should think about employee side very bad dint meet the expectation moving from HP..
