Contractor and consultant are treated as permanent staff while permanent staff are treated like contractors sometimes. Many times it is contractor driven which permanent staff feels bad.

Good salary if u negotiate while joining, great work-life balance. Good timing 7 AM-4PM.You will definitely avoid peak traffic.

If the trainer is good, you’re lucky.

Dislikes

... are treated like s l a v e s, they won’t provide proper leaves for temp staffs. Half the actual salary will goes for the agency. No insurance and medical Benefits. I recommend everyone not to join this company as temp staffs. There will be deductions in Shift allowance , whereas full time employees receive the actual shift allowance. No Mandatory Leaves for temp workers.

1. The high salary is the trap. They give you so much, that it becomes very difficult to leave. And that's the only way they can get new talent in company 2. No appreciation at all. Very toxic culture 3. No training or skill development 4. Its a dead end job. No challenges 5. Heavily understaffed with no inclination to hiring. My team was 32 member team till 2018 which reduced to 11 people by 2023. More people were leaving it than joining. But workload remained the same
