Everything, they never pay you on time, it has been 4 months since I left this sick company and they have not cleared my salary for last 3 months neither they have paid my PF till date. Sick company with a sick mindset.

Only i like one thing about this company they pay little higher than industry standard just to make employees stay even after all u usual things.

This is the worst company anyone would ever want to join Irregular salary (they dont pay till 2-3 months) Worst management Full of politics No work ethics Puppet HR dnt have respect for employess No employee satishfaction.

Nothing is good at Anvizent. Management does not appreciate the efforts of true employee. They give good hikes for one who is of their caste and who can please the vice president with sugar coated words. Only these kind of people will be considered. Talented people this is not the place for you.

Dislikes

Micro Management. No job security. Narrow minded management people. No ethics. If you are looking for peaceful work environment then don't choose Anvizent. It is a hell.
