No increments past two years, for new employees, hike not provided as per the market, heavy Bonus amount deducted from the employee CIT and not flexible to for the option to add in on hand amount, no PL CL system, no leave credit system, also employee have to come on a national holiday like 2nd October, now traveling reimbursement amount come on time

And improve in designation we all are same designation but the salary differences is terrible also less salary person has more work at the time also he has done 3-4 year in your organisation so that new person come with higher salary growth and they are working with such a less work load so the moral of the story organisation didn’t the value of people who has good in works..
