Learning experience is the best for at company

Not good environment and culture. Management not good in well condition. Company policies is not for much better, appraisal not fair and they give good salary but bonus not give it in well condition.

The exposure given to every individual and allowing them to learn which helps tobgain much knowledge about the process and various industrial fundamentals.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, work pressure is very high, compensation and benefits are also not decent. Manager does not value individuals' unique strength and also deserved appreciation is not given.

Dislikes

No increments past two years, for new employees, hike not provided as per the market, heavy Bonus amount deducted from the employee CIT and not flexible to for the option to add in on hand amount, no PL CL system, no leave credit system, also employee have to come on a national holiday like 2nd October, now traveling reimbursement amount come on time

...career so need to improve it so more people come and join your organisation. And improve in designation we all are same designation but the salary differences is terrible also less salary person has more work at the time also he has done 3-4 year in your organisation so that new person come with higher salary growth and they are working with such a less work load so the moral of the story organisation didn’t the value of people who has good in works..

...here Is No Facility Of Canteen & Proper Travelling...There Is Lot Of Politics...Salary Is Also Offered Very Decent & Increment Is Also Given In 2-3 Years
