...ent. Very good company but in matters of internal management it really is worst. No good salary nor even considered. If I m considered and get reject intentionally or by not potriating my intermediate knowledge then it would be fine but at least consider once.

We growth in our career,My manager motivate and help to process and personally.They providing training for communication and technology.My manager teach to how to handled the management problem and way of speech to team mate and high level managers.

Government leave is not be provide,but they provide comp off with salary.

Salary is at par with Industry standards, Work-Life Balance is ok if you are WFH.

No job security. Managers hire without knowing the experience and skill of the individual and then asked to resign if that individual is not able to meet the expectations. Their CEO does not think twice before asking the individuals to put down their papers. Only few individuals are able to survive. Very Bad employer.

... last moment work on urgent basis when you are about to log out Comparison etc Salary is lowest in the market Expect us to work like they owned us as we are their LABOURS of their houses not the company no work-life balance, if client give any task you have to complete doesn't matter if you shift wnd or not. client or manager will call you for update even on Sunday. Manager will ask update even he knows that you're on leave.
