I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Nothing to like about this company, Worst company to work with. There is no negative rating available otherwise they deserve -5. One will definitely regret decision to join this pathetic organization.

Dislikes

They have stratergised how to delay salary and they keep on holding project teams salary for various reasons, if employee leaves due to this reason, they do not pay him at all. Even contractors suppliers payment is defaulted more often than not.

No thing ....rubbish organisation...rubbish management ....just count positive negative margine.....engineer work every day even on Sunday...more than 12 hr day ....even dint get single penny as appreciation. Didn't care about employ health ...I am still in trauma.

Dislikes

Always give folse commitment to vendor. Not clear vendor pay on time ...not even take there calls and answer them .
