HR expects the deciplene only from employee below the manager designation. But HR is completely indeciplened about to give salary slip, increment letter, arear. Also HR does not having value of his commitment 0%. So no one can believe on commitment of HR regarding payroll activity.

Senior are cooperative, duty hours are flexible, give enough chance to learn and take initiative to implication and improvise in terms of GLP, GMP

Dislikes

...ad on QC. Department due to excess of production to meet marketing requirements. Poor appraisal which reduces as we spend many years, salary not revised as per industry standard. Junior getting better salary than experience candidate of company.
