Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

It's like working abroad .mainly no specific Indian rules a lot of trust and understanding, you have your own freedom of expression there are many things more I can add it's a growing institution where brain work is superior you have to be some body with your unique self expression to be there once you are accepted you have your own stand there and probably anywhere. It's an excellent place to work with full of knowledge.
