Placement Team not doing anything, The Centre Manager always doing office boy work, All other work will done by the Trainer and Mobilization team. (Enrollment, Training, Placement, Data Maintenance, Report Submission, Project Report Submission) etc. but credit goes to Centre Manager and the Placement Team. Management always believe the Center Manager and Placement team, don't care about Trainer and Mobilization team.

The organization's management is the worst. As a trainer, it has been a horrible experience for me. The RM, VP and other office members act as if they are good for this organization.

No decuts of salary during the pandemic huge support of all senior nowadays we r alternative work facilities and all kinds of help regarding work and others facilities we getting always.... Thank you Anudip foundation for everything.. I am grateful to part of Anudip

The company has adopt latest technology, team culture is very good colleagues are very helpful to achieved the target because are comes various background to produced quality to the best.

Sometimes, work pressure is very high and have to work more than working hour , compensation growth is very slow .

...r growth is totally nill. There is cooperation between head office and branches. Sometimes we have to pay students fees from our own pockets. Waste company
