I have spent lot of time here and found good in terms of management, people centric, great place to work etc. This is Structured org among others. growing. So did not find bad in terms of organization. By heart No dislike for this Organization.

Salary and statutory norms are superbly met. Very comfortable with time.From this point of view, it may seem it is an MNC.

No process of work.no centralized control over the whole activity of the organisation.very unpleasant atmosphere so far work culture is concerned.

The management is eating the company alive. It used to so good while Dipak da was still connected. But from last 3 years it's getting worse. Worked there for 5 years, some of the people are p@rv*rt.

1. Currently work culture went to hell. 2. Manager's are maximum are backboneless. 3. HR rule policy has no directions. 4. Trainers conditions is worst than labour. Last but not least, if you looking for a good job and expecting Anudip is a right place for you then you are fool. Anudip no longer is "Great place to work" Due to some toxic work culture and toxic worker it ruins many employees career. 😣

If there is any negative star, I would definitely give it to the organization. No work-life balance, promotions/appraisals are there if you butter your supervisor otherwise all of your efforts and contributions go in vein, no job security (your management will kick you out like a football where their need is over), also no skill development, job satisfaction is poor, and company culture is absolutely toxic.
