Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...y. They will throw you out anytime like garbage. Internal politics are going on. They deducted employees salary for no reason. So many restrictions. Don't give any appraisal. If you anyone resign from job then they start torturing them. I suggest to everyone do not work there if they are looking for long time job.

Not much to like. The only good thing there is they do adjust timings sometimes.

Dislikes

So many things to dislike. No growth in salary. You only get a lot of responsibilities but no increament. No tea coffee provided. lots of rules and regulations

Dislikes

Less job security and less chances of appraisal. Did not provide any EPF or other benefits like bonus at time of Diwali. Provide insensitive but have to follow various criteria to earn insensitive.
