1. Salary will be credited after 15 th of the month 2. We have to handle all the Bill's almost not paid for 3 to 4 months as outstanding amount 3. Not even spending amount properly on legal compliance no budgeting system if amount required need to request from delhi office no proper response from HQ 4. Most of the staff are not upto the staff category level

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Everything... starting salary of an engineer is 8821/-Rs and after 1.5 year the salary would be same. The want that the supervisor use abusive language. The managment is so disgusting. Salary comes at the end of second month. NO job security. The manager anytime slaps to anyone

...uring instruments and gauges available to learn and it's usage and applications. Salary may delay one week but it is regular every month. Training program is there from external(Customer side) as well as internal. Appraisal is there but it is irregular and not every year.
