...e remember that if you are getting new opportunities they will never let you go. They will ask for 3 months notice period with out salary and all will be cleared after 45 day of relieving (won't guarantee it would be cleared or not u will get frustrated calling them)

Everything. No work culture, rules are defined according to their convenience, joining this organisation was the greatest mistake of my life.

Work Life Balance like Garudas Culture (KGF) work for 24hrs 365 Days.

Dislikes

President of this company is trying to close down this organization with in 6 months. No work life balance, toxic management, chamcha President, chatu accounts team, no job security, its a road side company, site management is trying to closing down this site to cause the big financial damage to the Director of this company
