Ther is nothing to like about this organization. As all the other IT organization works , it's also same. Most of the managers are working from 10 plus years and they think that it's their own house . They don't even upskill themselves and not even allow their team members also. Moreover this company has no discipline at all in all the ways.

...riors in every aspects. There is NO respect for your work and contributions. The company keeps pushing the appraisal and hike by 6 months in every 3 months (yes no hike for people for 2 years), with the excuse of change in CEO, as if they hire any XYZ person as their CEO. Before anyone plans to join this shit company, please reach out to people who work on Bangalore office and they may be able to tell the right facts that how the entire work is driven and ruled by Chennai counterparts. Won’t recommend this company even to the support and admin people.

- No work ethics and toxic culture - HR are just for namesake, they do and convey what her leader asks her - They claim to be a product company but they have culture even worse than service based set-ups. - All leaders go by their designations. You will be lost when there is NO ONE who can help you out. - A typical “Slavery” style work culture, if you l**k your Boss’s a**, you may do well and grow.

Likes

...polite and humble. You have the freedom to talk to any level of employees there. You get compensation if you work more than the time required. Overall I had good time there.

Dislikes

Since it is a product based company, you need to work a lot there, which you any way have to even on saturday and Sunday.

Likes

It's a very good company if you are thinking of settling down with a good package in your mid-career. If you are looking for a routine job then this is a go-to company. Facilities are good there is free transportation, Cafetaria is available and there is an allowance card with benefits if you work in odd hours along with allowance.

Dislikes

Since it's a product-based company they are already firmly established and the product seems to be age-old with lots of features. There are people within the org. who oppose to new changes and innovation. They don't allow automation and always prefer more manual work. It's not the company for freshers who are enthusiastic and looking for growth in their career, This is an org. for people who want to do the same routine job without bringing any changes or adopt new innovative ideas.

Till 2022 everything was good in the company but once the ceo and all management changed now everything is critical here
