Unsatisfactory pay for the first 10 years (Even after completing your PhD) Work Culture is bureaucratic. Your pay appraisal lies at the mercy of your manager. 9 hours/day of work is only true on papers.

...data integrity issues in the company. Managment is least bother about DI issues. Managment is hiring the people with poor knowledge and who are ok with less pay. If any auditor finds some issues managment is terminating the employees without any investigation. No Carrer growth and employees should work here like dogs. If employees are working properly but still managers are not confirming the employee within duration. Hike is very worst. I'm not going to suggest anyone for this company. Very bad people politics are more (Tamil and hindi)

Work pressure is high and manager and deputy managers not do any work and only lower level employees should do very worst work culture

Overall its good and great working culture. Comfortable for employees ,good salary, good infrastructure and leaders are really good .They management staff is very good .

...ompany in India, well qualified and cooperative team mates, healthy compitition. ANTHEM will pay best salary/aporaisals in india. There is no borders/limitations to learn and explore in Anthem....how much you are capable that many open walls will be their to paint....Weekly five days working days...good work life balance...There is no stoppage, you can contact any level of person any time to explain your thoughts and hardwork. Management is there with you always to listen your ideas, to resolve the problems, to bring you up in all aspects. If you are capable within 4 to 5 years time you bill be getting the team to manage....you will be getting good opportunities to become perfect leader. Anthem will give financial support if you are in crisis. Only talent is the matter, designation is nothing. You can talk with COO, CSO and even CEO on daily basis. Anthem will be always the best company in my career.

I become well rounded person within short period of time because of Anthem. I do not have any negative points about Anthem

No job security, work culture have to upgrade, management not good, appraisals are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
