Rich company ,in turnover.having R&D. Having its plants...Bio plants .. And Bulk Drug manufacturing plants.

Dislikes

The Domestic Sales Head for Nephrology,with his Subordinates Zsm..they are highly .. non-professional people's. They are lacking qualities to select rightly candidates with right package and right background. Meeting and sales analysis is autocratic.

*We have to praise hierarchy they only you can survive here. *All it is about no collaboration and suspects for everything and hierarchy have no meaning here. *More over no process. *Meeting formats they’ll send one day prior that to at night, no planning for anything. *Worst culture I have never seen, and no job security. *We should not give answers to hierarchy if we give we are adamant or showing attitude.
