Dislikes
...ir appraisal and appeared to prioritize benefits for a few selected individuals. The person having personal connections receive significant salary benefits even in during mid term and the end of the year. Moreover, the behaviour of the HR Head only added to the overall negative atmosphere of the company. Another area of disappointment was the despite putting in hard work and dedication, the employee rarely receive any recognition or proper evaluation. I would not recommend this company to any individual.

Job here is good for senior level managers company gives them all facilities.
Vechile fuels,Accommodation charges,tours all reimbursement very good salary increments and leaves.
Lower staff who working hard 8 to 12 hours job a day nothing for them no salary increments no leaves only discrimination closer or knowing person of H.R and mangers getting higher salary or good salary increments very soon.
Other there is no value of professional employee. the staff who are hired through third party vendors s.t.m unskilled they getting same salary as professional staff degree,diploma holders getting. salary increments is same of both and most surprised is valuation of promotions a staff having more work experienced, more num of years working with company,having professional degrees not getting promotion whereas a staff who is unskilled no professional degree diploma hired as stm or who cames later having less years of working years with company getting promotions first and salary higher increments.
H.R Policies are very bad for professional staff their degree diploma is only needed at time of joining others they dumped or hidden nothing uses of only wasted of lacs fees of parents and times spent on courses by employees.
I worked as an xray technician in Antara for one year... I found it the worst company.. There is no safety for females... They don't know how to manage their staff.. They always pressurised in every situation.. They affect the mental peace... For front liners this is the worst company.. They don't know how to behave with someone... I suffered a lot in this company being a female I have to rights nothing... Upper level people never support front liners... They don't know how to respect females and their co workers. It was the worst experience of my life and my wrong decision to join this company.
The jobs of the corporate people are good, these people consider the medical people as laborers and they behave very badly with us. this is the reason to leave this company.
It’s home based . Then there is not one decision between the owners husband and wife. No proper machinery and equipment for the product . And they don’t want to take the advice from others to grow . I told them to make insta I’d more specific for their chocolate brand but in single brand they are selling cakes ,chocolate, vase, bed sheets, soaps, jewellery and what not . Their website is not developed . And they don’t engage with new content on insta and social media and it causes to the less order and if you took photos while working they think that anyone can steal their ideas but I think people can copy you but can’t copy your mind , reputation in your customers. OWNERS ARE NOT GOOD AS PROFESSIONAL
