They laid off 60 people. it wasn't a normal lay off. They put them on PIP first before firing them to avoid any noise in the market. They have been forced to cut manpower cost by 6.5 CR this year and the over hiring of the last year is getting in the way. You should consider killing yourself before coming here. I'm only stuck because I don't have a job offer.

I worked as an xray technician in Antara for one year... I found it the worst company.. There is no safety for females... They don't know how to manage their staff.. They always pressurised in every situation.. They affect the mental peace... For front liners this is the worst company.. They don't know how to behave with someone... I suffered a lot in this company being a female I have to rights nothing... Upper level people never support front liners... They don't know how to respect females and their co workers. It's a small company. Everyone's keeping running here and there for no reason. Even top management is confused as what they want, except few.

Dislikes

Complete HR department is very rude. They have anti-employee policies. Work environment is not friendly for females. No trainings for staff's personal professional growth. Team Management is very poor. Overall, it's is a confused organisation.
