They are just broker company who recruit people to place them in client location & make huge billing & make lot of money..They will give good hike only if they are making good billing for us with client otherwise NO..

They have not paid TDS deducted to IT dept., not giving FORM16. Everytime they tell some stories..

This is a broker company and hires the employees for contractual position and deploy them at client location. Work location depends upon the client location.

Dislikes

The HR co-ordination is very poor. They are not professionals. Company does not have any rigid policies. They don't follow their own offer letter policies, specially when you are leaving organisation. While hiring an employee they says that Antal is having their own development centre which is a false statement.

Promoters does not have any idea of the business and every point they have positioned themselves wrong & will be trying to find fault on other employees

Dislikes

Hiring of non-productive resources at a very high cost and killing the market..
