The work is hybrid mode. Salary is good. Learning curve initially is good but over a period of time becomes stagnant for this position.

Work life balance not so good. Being a software/IT company, job security is not good. Micro-management is prevalent here. Expectations are not clear to the employees. Sometimes, employees are made to bootlick the customers.

The work culture is the best I found here. You can literally talk to CEO if you are not satisfied with anything. Usually, Managers and Leaders respond to most of the concerns. Apart from work, they also get involved in fun activities

There seems to be an issue with the hiring process at the Bangalore location. Having a one-year internship without the prospect of career growth and stability can indeed be disheartening. It is crucial to provide opportunities, proper planning, and respect to those who are starting their career phase. This way, interns can feel valued and have the chance to develop professionally and make a meaningful impact. It is disheartening when there are no opportunities to showcase one's hard work and passion. It is important for companies to recognize and provide avenues for interns to grow and contribute based on their dedication and enthusiasm.

I strongly recommend that the hiring process be conducted with proper planning and fairness. It is not equitable when on-campus students are offered a six-month internship followed by full-time positions, while off-campus students are not given opportunities after completing a one-year internship. It is important to acknowledge that pursuing an M.Tech degree is a rigorous and highly recognized academic endeavor, and many VLSI product-based companies specifically seek out M.Tech students for their expertise. By recognizing the value of M.Tech students and providing them with opportunities, the company can benefit from their knowledge and skills. My advice to the management is to prioritize fairness and proper planning in the hiring process. It is unfair that on-campus students are given six-month internships followed by full-time positions, while off-campus students are not provided with opportunities after completing a one-year internship. It is important to recognize the value and expertise of M.Tech students, as their program is not just about fun but is highly regarded and sought after by many companies in the industry
