Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...es are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they are also giving good salary hike and bonus every year. This company is secure for everyone specially for womens.. All are very polite with each other

I would not say I dislike anything but since no system is perfect in any organization and there are definitely some short comings like no free food facility, no free resources for study available here.
