...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Rejoining prossess is not there this is big issues.If someone wants to rejoin Employee, then his joining letter should be accepted.

Work life balance and the growth i have experience here. The leadership is good here, you have to be proactive and take the self initiative to learn and manage the work task. Overall good experience.

salary and compensation are the best in industry. company is well known in market and has good quality products .

company does not follow its own values and culture. there is nothing like work life balance at ansell india. its is made worse by heads. no concerned human resource is available for your issues that can help empolyees to overcome issues. company takes feedback and surveys from empolyees and doesn't keep it confidential. overall no personal life remains after joining this organization.
