C. Optional: If you like to work on a single shift either day/night then it's the right place for you.

I have been posted at Embassy Techvillage (Bangalore) for the position of CCTV operator. Company is good but management is terrible. They promised me something on the interview day and after joining just within a matter of week they showed their real face. After joining ANSEC you can't balance your personal and professional life. Suppose your OJT started with NIGHT shift now forget about shift switching. In total you will be exhausted if you join this organization. I don't know about other states but in Bangalore things were messy. You will find "S. Rathore" as Operational Manager #1 gawar and terrible language. Anyways advice is mine decision is yours.

I went Ansec office regarding Supervisor or Security officer job purpose for Embassy teach village 2times I meet site Field officer at office and call many times individually But the site Field officer aware to give response His communication/body language become changed when he meet unexpected people where the interview was going on But my suspension became true Letter comes to know that he is giving chances to their own Cast people Only no matter he's 9th or 10th failed as per my nearby friends opinion whom r presently working in Ansec security for Embassy and they're 💯% true I know his name too but not interested to mention keep going on I'll get another job as per my quality Ansec is not the only one
