In covid 19 company continuously provided me guidence by teaching how to be safe in a world level pendamic they gave us ppe's as well as security of job. Company provided me the salaries regular through out the drastic situation of covid-19 .

Dislikes

Nothing much to disclose about the dislike about the company from my side.

Likes

No work culture. No ethics. No HR policy. HR doesn’t follow its global policy. It’s old age home. No growth for young engineers. No level and grade system. Appraisal cycle is the worst in organisations. No transparency. The worst work life balance. Bosses keep their face shine in front of higher management. Recently they have started hiring experienced engineers with bond of 2 years. Rate of iteration is very high.

Likes

I liked the kind of work and the industry the company operates in. This field is very unique and there is a lot to learn. I have worked with 4 departments and Italian colleagues as well in the span of 2.6 years. This gave me a lot of exposure and knowledge. I also got the onsite opportunity to travel to abroad but as I decided to pursue higher eduaction, I declined the offer and resigned later.

Dislikes

Sometimes you might need to work on the field as well which is little difficult or else I was happy with the job and the opportunities I got

Likes

Not a very well managed company with lot of internal politics, environment breeds and nurtures inefficiency. Average skill level of employees is very low hence value addition to self is limited.

The working timing and it was 5 days working. No work pressure and good repo with seniors.

Dislikes

The organisation was a male dominating the time when I joined as it was a new set up in Noida. The male employees of my department were not ready to accept my growth. So, I did not get any promotion in my 5 year of service
