No work all day and good for simple and smooth life balance. Only retirement time company.

Dislikes

Now a days Ansal buildwell simple policy no increment and no promotion and salary delay up to 3 months. Aao to welcome jao to bheed kaam.

...ment and and lower staff. Higher management do work from middle and lower staff. Higher management behave like ceo and does not consider salary hike to lower staff for the last seven years

Team mates are good and helpful, work environment so so but job security and salary appraisal is zero means no appraisal from last 5 years. Company's Owner Mr. Ansal is a good personality but in these days the Real Estate business is in the grip of recession.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
