Very poor dislike every thing they don't provide you the training and make you sit with the seniors like Ashutosh who is the gao ka gawaar their don't know how to talk muh pr acha Banta he peeth piche chugli krta he. Nothing at all, No work ethics, No professionalism. There were no training provided to the freshers after joining but they start expecting submissions from the next day. They promise you appraisal or increment after six months, but at the time they will say your performance was not up to the mark. So don't fall in their trap. No growth and learning. They have a fixed budget of 14-15k for freshers and shamelessly tells on your face that we hire candidates on this salary only and if you don't perform well we will terminate you after 1 month instead of providing them a good training.

Dislikes

They have hire and fire system, and the worst thing is POLITICS they have a team of 10-15 peoples of their own (friends or colleagues) and running a company with Zero knowledge. The HR manager will speak to your very politely on the initial call and make you feel that she is there to help YOU but she is only on company's side so never mistakes her as your listening person.
