Salary timing is too poor, and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend/ visit client in the evening and sometimes late in the night. Managers do not value an individual’s unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive appreciation from my clients, but they always go unnoticed during my appraisals. Also,there is no on-Job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team.
