...e office. Early the quality of the employees was good but nowadays it’s worst. Earlier educated people were there but now employer focus on money, person who is ready to work of less salary will be hired no skill set is required. Again Compensation or benefits are zero there are no medical leaves no casual leaves no PF deduction..rest there n number of of deductions. Even if you are attending office for 30 days still you won’t get full salary reason are unknown. You’re forced to travel by local buses for 400kms distance in Rs 500. You will be shown so many growth opportunities and many promises will be made but those are day dreams only. At end you will reach nowhere

The atmosphere and the employer’s non trusting nature.

I joined Anovus as a Counselor and was later promoted to Counselor cum center head. I can say that it was one of the most comfortable places to work in. Being a small organization, it had the feel of a family. The owner being an XLRI MBA, had a lot to teach me as I was reporting him directly.

Dislikes

Nothing as such things went pretty smooth for me being working here.

Likes

The institute fosters a culture of helping students academically as well as professionally. A lot of emphasis is given to learning and understanding concepts rather than just mugging. As a recent graduate I can testify the institute has great placement record.
