Being my first job, I really appreciate working here. My ratings are based on my experience there, and I believe company's atmosphere is always variable, which mostly depends on employees working there, it's a growing firm. Challenging work requirements are there. To begin on a tough platform it's a good start. Learning scope is there but for a limited period of time and stagnation is inevitable (anywhere you go).

...irm, based on what I have observed, I'll talk bout what company has to offer, 1. Less than average salary, 2. Slower growth rate, 3. low employee development, 4. Less transparency, 5. So far policies more of inclined towards company benefits, 6. Infrastructure is less than average. Basic need of our work is internet and good systems, none of them existing currently there fullfills the requirement of work rate required by the organization.Change is slow process, I hope this organization grow to be a better one. Has a good potential to be better than current if they start preferring employee development.

Environment- school like Innovation- just like aryabhatta invention-Zero Work-life balance- Go ahead and destroy your life😅

The only benefit of this firm is learning how to deal with stupidity and constant toxicity. If you want a masterclass in handling nonsense, this is the place.

you have ambitions to grow, learn, and earn, stay far away from this place. Very low pay, no growth opportunity, micromanagement. The so-called 'leaders' here lack even basic legal acumen. How can you expect guidance from people in top positions who have zero legal background? The so-called seniors are completely clueless about the law, and anyone below them is treated like dirt. This firm has ruined countless client matters! No client in their right mind would trust this place with complex or contentious issues. They don’t have the skill, knowledge, or competence to handle anything serious The company and management is against the well being of employees. You will be abused with profanity, belittled and humiliated. There’s no safety, no committee, and no POSH nothing to protect employees. This company is a mess, completely mismanaged and filled with people who don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t risk your career here! If you're thinking of joining, trust me being unemployed is a better option. Every time you see them hiring, it’s just damage control. The entire team resigns every year because no one can tolerate the chaos, the disrespect, and the lack of leadership. People are running for the exits because this place is unbearable. Don’t get fooled by their job posts it’s a revolving door for a reason.

Nothing, Ill Management, Infected system, politics, total politics. you will not learn a single thing out of this pathetic office. No job security, they can kick you out any day without any prior notice. Thick skin people, make you fool emotionally.

...unt your bathroom breaks, and your exit time to scold you the very next day. Have zero amenities, they will take you on outing and make you pay their bills as well. Founder ask for 20-30 rupees for auto rikshaw, he travelled from. You are giving business of Lakhs and they are giving you Briyani in incentive for your good work. The don't even know how to talk to staff.
