As a fresher you can learn more. The way they guides can change your life. You will see the best career growth. 'You will be technically very strong' when you are seeking for other opportunities. For a fresher i will strongly recommend to work here. The training is so good here.

Dislikes

You have to work a bit to complete the tasks (not for all domains). Food is just okay. Apart from that i didn't see anything negative.

The company is a very good place to start of for beginners. I really loved the way they taught where they spoon fed each and every topic. There will be multiple evaluations which will decide a candidate to stay in the company or no. For the sake of product release, the company will ask you to travel to multiple clients locations. On Job training will be given for people who are from Bachelor's background.

Dislikes

The company asks you to sign a bond for 2 years which hesitates a person to stay there for a very long time. High politics will be there among those people who are from North India. Working hours will be very high and pressure will be proportional.
