Nothing to be liked about for now . The previous management were super supportive but current management had zero values

Dislikes

I am working with Accenture in finance department and from past few management has been really bad . Our senior lead he literally talk so badly and rudely with everyone and we have complaint multiple times but no action has taken . They tell us to work over time and if well tell them that we are already over worked they threat us to take away the job . They talk unprofessionally also misbehave and demotivate us. Plus no extra benefits are given and when we complaint to HR and tower lead they don't take any action infact ask us to ignore and forgive it . This is what's going on in Accenture.
