It’s good company until you finishes 1st year.

Dislikes

Once you finish a year in that company, company literally ignores what good things you are doing. But if make a single mistake in a year it will spoil all good things done in entire year. Indirectly it affects next year appraisal. The company gets the projects by bidding lower estimates in terms of time and will start creating pressures on employees to achieve in the time.

Hard to think but designer of partnered company and projects were good

Dislikes

Hard to explain in few words but I short “everything’s bad” Very bad culture, micromanagement to different level, they had good team and they let it go, don’t know how to appreciate their employees, founder’s wife is the worse thing in whole company.

Hybrid work dorm home 3 days office, 2 day home

Dislikes

Terrible working conditions, no work life balance! No matter what you do you are always in fault specialy in times of appreaisals. No recognition, no work appreciated. And boot lickers get there way easily up to top!

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
