Overall it's really a very bad experience to work in annex IT solutions, Who ever is joining just be careful because they don't value your skills acpt hr recruiter, they just want hr recruiter, and if you want to learn skill you can't because there is no responseable person there is no proper management no I'd , no benefits, they provide you nothing, and no any kind of estimate like weather it may holiday or anything it's just a weast of time to join

Dislikes

All is dislike nothing is good , u will be manipulate , toxic culture , And they provide you offer letter based on your domain but the work will not be the same , the work will be only related to HR recruiter

Annex IT is a fake consulting firm they charged 2000$ from me and marketed my resume for 6 months now they are not even responding

Dislikes

Fake commitment and managers are worst they don't even know work ethics.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
