Salary slip include deduction of LTA & GRATUITY which a company pays you and give tax benefit if you spend anything related to leave travel allowance but here these people are deducting from your salary and giving you in annual bases. That means giving your money to you and if you left before an year or after some years then you will not get the deducted amount which is deducting from your salary every month. After HR discussion, HR managers are not giving you salary what was discussed or providing you salary annexure in such a way that you are getting discussed amout but actually salary will be credited after deducting more than 15k every month. Variable bonus is just a clause mentioned in bullet pointers in offer letter but still not part of salary components. You even cannot believe that you are actually getting variable amount because it is not mentioned in your salary slip anywhere. So when you want to switch to other companies you will not be able to make than understand that it is actually part of your CTC. Such waste of time if you are shortlisted for lead finance level as after three rounds of interview you will getting nothing which was discussed earlier...

- Not much salary growth but offer good salary to lateral entry. - No culture to get together with teammates and quarterly parties. - Excessive micromanagement, 3-4 meetings per day and they monitor attendance in teams. - Very client centric. For clients they want you to sacrifice your daily life and just work tirelessly. - No proper planning in the project. No technology architect in the project.

They gave you the salary as you except and having good work and life balance because from one year there is nothing to do work. They don't have work for there employees. Eventually Layoffs was starded. Every day policy has changed.

Likes

Overall an average organization, not too good - not too bad. If I specifically talk about skill wise there's not much to learn, mostly work based out of MS-Excel and Dataroma and if you are someone who like to keep updating your skills than this is not the right place for you. Worklife balance is there but that is also depend on your project.

Dislikes

...still the culture is like as if we are working in startup, nothing is organized. Delay in appraisal letters and bonus is a normal thing here. They hire people with good skill set but end up deploying them in a basic project of Reporting or visualization.

I like working while sitting at office premises and meeting new people and learning new things from them.

Dislikes

1) No skill development at all. 2) No growth 3) No work life balance 4) Salary and Benefits are not that good 5) Company culture not that great
